In the past few days, there has been an escalation in blockages. At the end of August, issues with our service primarily occurred when using mobile internet. After a few days, we made some changes and were able to improve the situation.
 
Sometime around Friday (8.09), strict blockages began in the networks of home providers. As a result, many users experienced issues with browser extensions and programs. Currently, we are implementing prepared improvements that can stabilize and simplify the search for a "working" path even in aggressive networks like those in China. This will take some time. We will keep you informed.
 
The situation with browser extensions is much worse: while it's still possible to implement various features to enhance stability in programs, extensions are limited by browser capabilities.
 
As for mobile devices, the situation is somewhat better. Typically, you can resolve the issue using one of the following methods:
 
Check if you have the latest version of the application installed. Sometimes updates don't install automatically, so you may need to visit the AdGuard VPN page on the App Store or Google Play.
Change the AdGuard VPN protocol to QUIC. You can find this option in the advanced (low-level) settings of the AdGuard VPN program.
If AdGuard VPN works in conjunction with our ad blocker, change the operating mode in the AdGuard VPN settings to "Main" (or VPN on Android devices).
Select a different DNS server in "Settings - App Settings - DNS Servers." For example, AdGuard DNS, Cloudflare, or Quad9.
Restart the application/device.
Reinstall the application.
